Hawkeye has a technical department with approximately 25 persons and 20 contractors.  Our head office is located in Kingston with Braches in Montego Bay and Mandeville.

You would be supplied with contact information to use when in need of technical support.  Our offices are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to receive your calls.

Telephone support

Support will be available by telephone 24 hours per day.

On site support:

If the telephone support indicates that a site visit is needed, a technician would be able to respond from one of our branches.  We offer 24 hour support for emergencies.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement

Preventative Maintenance agreements are available to allow for maximum system performance.
